Acanto Restaurant

Acanto features a dynamic menu of Italian fare by Executive Chef Chris Gawronski – including dishes inspired by time spent as a child in his father's Italian restaurants. Chef Gawronski honors traditional methods of preparing regional Italian cuisine and also demonstrates his own interpretation of classic dishes utilizing artisanal ingredients from Midwestern farmers and producers. His menu spans both North and South Italy and includes handcrafted pastas, stone oven pizzas, daily salad and entrée specials.
