Hand-picked tea leaves. Gently steamed, dried, or carefully roasted in small batches, using time-honored Chinese techniques that preserve the integrity and essence of the tea leaf. All our teas are grown in China's Fujian Province, an area renowned for its tea for over 1,000 years. Production for all of our tea is directly overseen by our owner, Zehua Shang. Our speciality is white tea—the least processed variety of tea available. We also make a selection of green teas, red teas (also called black tea in western countries), and herbal tisanes. ecommerce
